MAINTENANCE CASE.
INTERESTING PROCEEDINGS. At the Magistrate’s Court this morning, before Mr. W. G. K. Konn’ck, S.M., Lily O’Keefe sued her husband, Michael Joseph O’Keefe, for maintenance of herself and family of eight infant children. Mr Spence appeared for complainant and Mr Fookes for the defendant. Mr Spence in outlining the ease said that the parties were living under a separation order made on April 2nd, 1909, on the grounds of cruelty. At that time no order was asked for. On resuming, the Magistrate ordered defendant to pay half a crown per week for each child.
