Tug-of-war, teams of eight w : th skipper. The above is an excellent programme and should excite keen interest both in the competitors and spectators. Event Xo. 9, officers’ compulsory should excite a good deal of intore t. It is to be hoped that General Godley will put in an appearance and thus treat the spectators to a view of his compulsory sprint.
