The many friends will regret to learn of the sudden death of Miss Ethel Anderson, which took place at Waimate on Monday last. She had'gone to spend a few days .with friends at Morven on Saturday last, and was taken suddenly ill on Sunday, when medical aid was summoned, .and she was removed to the hospital in Waimate, where she expired. Miss Anderson was in business in York Chambers for some time, and was an enthusiastic member of St. Andrew’s Church choir, and lent much assistance in musical matters.
