Ladies who follow the fashion to the extent of wishing to he dressed smartly will find The Cash Tailoring Co.’s announcement interesting reading. It relates to that firm’s costumes, which are made in the latest styles. The Inglewood Co-operative Bacon Curing Co., Ltd., publish their receiving dates for April. Mr. Newton King’s horse fair advertised on the date cards for April 6th will not be held. The Woodville Bacon Co. publish their pig-receiving dates for April. In another column Messrs. T. Borthwick and Son’s pig-receiving dates for April appear. Mr. Newton King will conduct a cattle and sheep sale at Douglas on monday. Mr. W. E. Porter lias a large supply of Tanpiri steam and household coal arriving. Divine worship will he conducted at the Broadway Primintive Methodist Church to-morrow morning and evening, when Mr. P. Wellington will preach at the former and the Rev. B. Metsou at the latter. A hearty invitation is extended to all. x Mr. Newton King sells section G, block 7, Ngaere Survey District, containing 60 acres more or less, at his Mart on Saturday, April 20th. In another column, Messrs. W. pimock and Co. publish their pig-receiv-ing dates for April. The Woodville Bacon Curing Co. and Messrs. T. Borthwick and Sons are now offering 5d per lb for baconers and 4d per lb for porkers. Their receiving dates appear elsewhere. Mr. Fred Watson, of Ne Plymouth, advertises highly-bred pedigree bulldog pups for sale. Particulars appear in another column. A mirrored sideboard is advertised for sale. The Mission of Inspiration and Appeal will he continued at Wesley Church to-morrow by the Rev. C. E. Beecroft. The following meetings will be hold:—8 a.m. prayer meeting. 10 a.m. Junior C. E. Society, 11 a.m. family service, 12 communion service, 2.30 p.m. Sunday-school address, 6.30 p.m. meeting for prayer, 7 p.m. people’s service.
