Sydney, March 25. A motor overturned at Bankstown. Mr John Sands, head of the firm of Zollner Ltd., was killed. Three otlier occupants had narrow escapes. The Malaita, from the New Hebrides, reports that the natives arc in a state of unrest. A mission boy was shot. Melbourne, March 25. Mr Watt, Treasurer, refused to issue a liquor license at Edgarton, near Monthaggi. The matter was taken to Court and a mandamus, calling on him to issue a license ,was eh- ( tained.
