BUTTER AND CHEESE. (Per Press Association.) Wellington, March 25. Under Saturday’s date the High Commissioner reports as folloAVs:— Butter.—The market is quiet, but holders are firm. Stocks are moderate. The average price for tho AA-eek for choicest N.Z. butter was 1275, Australian 1235, Argentine 1225, Danish 1365, Siberian 1265. Cheese.—The market is quiet but firm, with small supply. The average price for the avcolc for finest N.Z. ehecse Avas 74s 6d, English Cheddar 925.
