(Per Press Association.) Gisborne, March 14. At the Supreme Court, James Patterson was found guilty of cattle stealing, and remanded till to-morrow for sentence. Mabel Meredith des Earres petitioned for divorce against Frederick Stuart des Earres on the grounds of desertion and misconduct. A decree nisi to bo made absolute in three months was granted, petitioner to have custody of the children.
