BILL IN BRITISH HOUSE OF COMMONS. TWO DAYS A WEEK. (Received 9, 12.20 p.m.) Loudon, March 8. In the House of Commons, Mr. Marks’s Bill empowering owners of non-provided schools in single school areas to transfer tho school to the local authorities. If the owners desired denominational teaching it can be given twice weekly at the denomination’s expense. Denominations are also allowed tho use of schools on Saturdays and Sundays.
