March 13th, Mr. Newton King sells ,3000 sheep at his Pnhoknra supplementary sheep fair. Entries for Mr. Newton King’s autumn horse fair are now being received . A cordial invitation is extended to the Wesley Church services to he held at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. to-mor-row. x Mr. J. H. Thompson, lang agent, Broadway, lias a list of properties for sale. Particulars appear in his space elsewhere. Messrs. C. and E. Jackson publish particulars of 25 acres and a good seven-roomed house, etc., for straightout lease. Messrs. Matthews and Bennett’s usual weekly Inglewood stock sale takes place on AVednesday next, 13th March. On Thursday, March 14th, the N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co.. Ltd., hold a stock sale at the Hawcra saleyards. Messrs. T. Borthwick and Sons and the Woodvillo Bacon Co. have reduced tire price of bacon pigs to 5d per lb from this date. The Stratford Dairy Factary invites tenders for a simply of firewood. Divine worship will be conducted morning and evening at the Broadway Primitive Methodist Church to-morrow by the Rev. B. Mctson.
