. Axel Enertraugo v.mk son tented on charges ’<if stabbing at Frankton Junction to three years on each, sentences to ho cumulative and ten years •for reformative treatment. Herbert Pyke, for blackmail, received two years’ imprisonment. Christchurch, March I.
Harry Cook, who previously wont to gaol rather than pay a line under the .Defence (Act, was re-arrested to-day and sentenced to three weeks’ imprisonment. Other warrants have hcou ‘issued for’ the arrest of offenders who refused to pay linos under the Act.
