The English cricketers have left tc catch tlie "steamer at Adelaide. .Douglas attributed the success chiefly tc the team pulling together. The bowling gave the winning advantage. The halting did not reach English expectations. The Australian hatting Outlook was promising, but bowling resi so. There was hardly any flighty bowling and very little of good length. Hordern was easily the best google howler of the day. The Australia! fielding was tar below trio customary standard.
