Ttaly lias annexed Tripoli, at least a Bill has been passed by the Italian Parliament authorising the annexation, and there has been the usual Rational to authorise annexation and quite another to give effect to it. Italy will have to pay a big price in blood and treasure before annexation is complete. When the matter is calmly Cohfidered it is marvellous how rapidly Crescent Blend Tea annexes new customers. They seem glad to be annexed, for the tea is captivating. It is good Tea, and good all the time. . x
