Italy has annexed Tripoli, at least a Bill has been passed by the Italian Parliament authorising the annexation, and there has been the usual national demonstration. It is one tlrng to authorise annexation and quite another to give oll'ect to it. Italy will have to pay a big price in blood and treasure before annexation Is r unplete. AVhen the matter is calmly considered it is marvellous how rapidly Crescent lllend Tea annexes new customers. They seem glad to be annexed, for the Tea is captivating. It is good Tea, and good all the time. x
