The Nanking delegates have arrived to discuss tiie personnel of the coalition Government. It is expected that Pekin will remain the capital. i'uan-Shih-Kai has informed Dr. Sun-Vat-Sen that the international bankers have loaned 20,060,000 taels. Yuan-Shih-Kai is sending 4,000,000 taels to pay the 300,000 Republican troops, who would otherwise prove a national danger.
WUCHANG TROOPS REVOLT,

Portion of the troops at W uciiang revolted. Fighting continued throughout the night, but little loss was inflicted.
