LONDON TALLOW SALES. (Received 22, 5.25 a.m.) London, February 21. Tallow: Six hundred and twentyeight casks were offered and 541 sold. Mutton, fine, 3ps 6d; medium, 32s 6d; beef, fine, 34s 9d; medium, 325. DUNEDIN WOOL SALES. (Per Press Association.) Dunedin, February 21. The third wool sale of the season was held to-day, and was attended by practically all the buyers who were at the previous sales. The number of bales catalogued was 111,188, as against 9158 last year. The catalogue did not include much wool of outstanding quality, consisting chiefly of medium to good crossbreds and halfbreds, and merinos. The sale was erratic, but on the whole prices were up to expectations. About 25 per cent, of the wool offered was passed in, sellers declining to accept ;the reduced values. Several lots were afterwards sold privately at slightly higher rates. The following is the range of prices:—Medium to good merinos BJd to 9ld, inferior 7d to 7sd, super halfbred lid to 12d, medium to good 9sd to KUd, inferior 7Jd to 8d; supei crossbred, 10$d to/Hd, medium to good BJd to l‘d, inferior (ij<i t<> 7s<L
