The Daily Telegraph states that the courtmartial of Lieutenant Schroeder commences shortly. Pie will he charged with accepting £SOOO from a Russian secret agent for a plan of the fortress of Posen. Finding its im-possihle-to purloin.a plan, a girl named 11a Nullerthal, whom Schroeder was engaged to marry, .suggested that.it be tattoed on her shoulders. After several nights tiiis was accomplished. The girl, while travelling in Russia, received money, and the extravagance of the couple resulted in suspicion* and both were arrested, and the incriminating plan Was found when she was stripped and examined in prison.
