THE OPINION OF M. FICTION
(Received 10, 9.30 a.m.) Paris, February 9. M. Pichon, in the Senate, said that oho 1909 treaty had worked well. France must make no sacrifice. Germany’s claims had grown continually, out there was no reason for offering territorial compensation. He would not vote for tne treaty.
