I’lie “Tagehlatt” makes a strong appeal in favour of an lAnglo-German entente and cd-oporation in the development of uncivilised countries in Africa and Asia. The remarks are particularly addressed to the Chauvinists of Britain on the one hand and tho Anglophobe pan-Germans on the other, with a serious warning as to the terribly ruinous results of any conflict.
