IN CONNECTION WITH THE WRECK OF THE DELHI. FRENCH SEAMEN HONOURED. (Received 24, 8.15 a.in.) London, January 23. The King has conferred the honoriry Commandership of the Victorian Order on Captain Haguerre, the membership of tiie Order on Lieut. Drujon, of the French cruiser Triant, and iwarded the gold life-saving medal to Drujon and the members of the boat’s crew, including those drowned, for assistance rendered in connection with the wreck of the steamer Delhi. The Government presented a service of j;old plate to the officers of the Triant md £SO to the family of eacli of the frowned sailors.
