RULING PRINCES APPLY FOR HOUSE SITES.
ENGLISHMEN STILL ANGRY

A majority of the ruling chiefs of Northern India have applied to the Government for sites for houses in Delhi.
The agitation against the transfer of the capital has been revived in Calcutta. The Bengal Chamber is drafting a protest. Englishmen strenuously oppose the change on the ground of expense and ignoring of public fooling
