SIR EDWARD GREY’S VIEWS ON BELFAST UNIONISTS.
AGAINST FREE SPEECH
(By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press .Association.) London, January 2L Speaking at Sunderland, Sir Edward Grey blamed the attitude of the Belfast Unionists. Their action was not against Home Rule, but against democracy and free speech. He concluded by advocating Homo Rule for Ireland and all round.

(Received 22, 8 a.m.) London, January 21. Fifty thousand pounds has been subscribed in Belfast to fight Home Rule.
