Archbishop Kelly has again attacked the .present system of public instruction as incomplete and unsound. He challenged the Press and Parl’ament to show any true principle of education that required the elimination or curtailment of religion. He would give €IOO to a charitable institution if ho wa.s shown that such was the case.
