United Jbsdiigdoin, .British Possessions, Canada, United States, Hawaii, and Germany, 3d for each £1 or fraction thereof. (By Telegraph).— Within New Zealand, 3d for every £5 or fraction of £5, and a telegraph fee of Is. Australia, at rate of postal money orders, plus telegraph charge. TELEPHONES.
