The Australian agent of tho Marconi Company has issued a writ against tho Huddart Parker Company, claiming an infringement of the Marconi patents on ships in Victorian waters by using the tolefunkcr. The agent stated his instructions to issue a writ ware received from Great Britain. Similar action will bo taken in Non Zealand against tho Huddart Parker Co. apd tho New Zealand Government. Mr Fisk, tho agent, referring to statements regarding Marconi’s ration against Siemens Bros., said art action was commenced for infringement of only one patent. This was withdrawn in order to institute a fresh action, now proceeding.
