SUPREME COURT.
WELLINGTON SITTINGS. (Per Press Association) Wellington, January 18. At tin 1 Supreme Court sittings today Arthur Thompson was sentenced to three years’ imprisonment lor attempted rape. An ex-Burnham hoy, Richard Tarrant, For theft from the person, received a .sentence of 12 months. The prisoner is at present undergoing another term oi impi isonmont. Bruno O’Mollor pleaded guilty to a charge of burglary and was sent to gaol for two years and declared an habitual criminal. Albert Nielsen was sentenced to nine months for tacit and William Hilditch and Isabella Harrington, who had pleaded guilty to the theft of £l2O from a country visitor, were sentenced to 12 months’ hard labour.
