FORTY RUSSIANS KILLED,AT TABRIZ. ABOMINABLE MUTILATIONS. (.By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (.United Press Association.) (Received 16, 10.35 a.m.) London, January 15. Forty Russians were killed at Tabriz, Put only seventeen bodies have been recovered. -Many were buried alive. There were horrible atrocities. Authenticated photographs show that abominable mutilations nave been perpetrated.
