MUSIC HALLS PACIFIED. (Received 9, 1 p.m.) London, January 8. The conflict between the music halls and theatres has been settled, the Lord Chamberlain granting dramatic licenses to halls provided the sketches are first submitted for his approval. AVIATION ACCIDENT. (Received 9, 10.-10 a.m.) London, January S. Fowler, acroplaning from Hampshire to Eastbourne, was caught in a storm and carried out to sea, where he was picked up near the Isle of Wight.
