Mr. Edmonde, speaking at Ncnagli, said he was less optimistic on the question of Home Ride, fearing the Government was overloading itself with the Franchise and other Bills. He regretted that the farmers who had purchased their holdings were displaying a- tendency to drop out of the Nationalist organisation.
