THE IPSWICH MURDER.

JENNER CHARGED AT THE POLICE COURT. STATEMENT BY ACCUSED. (Received 6, 10.10 a.m.) , Brisbane, January 6. Jointer was charged at the Police Court with the murder of Holzwait, at Ipswich, in December last. The police evidence showed that Jeniier made a statement that the girl promised to marry him. He was afraid someone else would marry her, and cut her throat through jealousy, if he could not get her now lie would get her on the other side. The trial is still proceeding.
