Bottomley has filed. His liabilities are stated to lie £170,000. Proofs of debt have been lodged for £220,700.
The official receiver states that the assets of Bottomley were estimated at £30,600, but was very doubtful regarding tiie realisable value. The debtor received £2OOO yearly for the editorship of the newspaper “John Bull,” besides £4OOO, be ng 10 per emit. on its net profits.
