An appeal lias been lodged against the vend judgment on behalf of W. F. Appleton, on the grounds of erroneous evidence wrongly admitted, no evidence of any joint intent by this defendant to do auv of the alleged acts to the del'rulieivt of the public, the evidence failed to establish intent to restrain or control trade to the detriment of the public, and that certain' sections of the Act had been impliedly repealed by the provision of certain amending Acts.
