The conference at Shanghai 'again requested the Throne to sanction a larger and more representative assembly, with power to decide the form of Government. AUSTRALIAN INVITATION. (Received 28, 9.30 a.m.) Melbourne, December 28. The local branch of the Young China League has been invited to send a representative to the Shanghai Conference for the purpose of electing the President of the Republic. JAPANESE~COMMANDER.
