Mr. Havelock Wilson, interviewed regarding the recent great slipping strike, said that it had pracically broken up the Federation of Ship Owners, whose attitude becomes intolerable. The upheaval wouli nc doubt result in an accession of strength to the Labour Party ii the House of Commons.
