During the ensuing month I propose to go on blinding and water-tabling. 1 also propose to widen out the cutting on the hill at Skinner Road, by putting a good sloping batter on the north side for the purpose of letting the sun dry the road. The earth shifted from there, will bemused for banking on the east side of the hill.
