A STEAM ER AFIRE. (Received 19, 11.5 a.m.) Adelaide, December 19. The fire on the steamer Eollefiold at Port Pirie is still burning. She has a cargo of fifteen thousand bales of wool and a thousand tons of sulphur. INCOME TAX BILL PASSED. (Received 19, 11 .5 a.m.) Sydney, December 19. The Legislative Council passed the Income Tax >Bill, which the Government stated would shortly bo repealed and introduced in a different form. The House adjourned till February.
