—o CALCUTTA PEOPLE INCENSED AT REMOVAL. GOVERNOR-GENERAL ATTACKED. (Received 19, 10.10 a.m.) London, December 18. The “Daily Telegraph's” Delhi correspondent states that the Europeans at Calcutta arc indignant at the transfer of the Capital, also the Bengal rescission. A movement is afoot for the instant recall of the Governor-General.
