The votes ] oiled for national prohibition were 2791, against rational prohibition 2902, informal 257 Sill JOHN FINDLAY. Wellington, December 18. Sir John Findlay to-day handed in Ins resignation as Attornoy-GTeneral and Minister for Justice. Speaking to a “Post” reporter, Sir John said ho intended to practise his profession as soon as the legal vacation is over. He will thereafter devote himself exclusively to professional work.
