WHANGAMOMONA.
WORKERS’ RESOLUTION
A, Whangamomona correspondent sends the following:—A representative meeting of workers, employed on the railway construction, in the neighbourhood of Winmgamomona was hold at Mangere on Saturday night, Mr McAuley presiding. The following resolution was unanimously- carried: “That this meeting of co-operative workers congratulate the Labour members nu their successful beginning, and trust that they will assist the Government in retaining the present system of construction of public works.”
