CONSULS ENQUIRING REGARDING DEVELOPMENTS. DOMINIONS NOT FORGOTTEN. (Received 18, S.-lo a.m.) London, December 17. Replying to a question by Mr. Archer Shee as to whether the Consuls had been instructed to report on trade openings for the Dominions as well ns the Motherland, Mr. Acland said they wore instructed to inform Britain of developments affecting the Dominions as exporters of foodstuffs.
