The second ballot at an election may he “a bit of a nuisance,” but it posseses the merit of ensuring an_ absolute majority for the elected candidate. Several constituencies have called for a second ballot, and rightly so. Now it is somewhat singular + hat after people have tried Crescent Blend Tea they never want to try any other brands.
