TURKEY DEMANDS CONFERENCE .
Constantinople, December 11
It is rumoured that Russia has approached Turkey to open the Dardanelles to the Black Sea fleet.
It is understood that Turkey replied that a European conference is necessary before an alteration of the present conditions can be effected.
