STRATHMORE RIDING. 7VTOTICE is hereby given that I'd it is proposed:— (1) To reconstruct from time to time all, or any of, the bridges situate in the Strathmore Riding of the County of Whangamomona which are under the control of and vested in the said County as and when the same require renewal, through accident of flood, fire or other mischance, or on account of disrepair.
(2) To borrow, for the purpose of such renewals, such amounts as from time to time may bo required. The moneys to be borrowed under the provisions of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908,” and its amendments, and “The New Zealand State Guaranteed Advances Act, 1909.” (3) To pledge as security for the repayment of such loans and for the payment of interest thereon a Special Annually Recurring Rate over all the rateable property, in the Strathmore Riding . of tile County of Whangamomona, to be known as a “bridge ' rate.” Such rate not to exceed in any one year the amount of one farthing in the pound on the capital value of all the rateable property in the above riding.
