Tenders for painting several schools are invited by the Taranaki Education Board.

At the Primitive Methodist Church, Broadway, on Sunday next, the 21st Anniversary of the Sunday School will lie celebrated. The children will render special singing. A largo attendance is expected to greet the little ones on their festival day.

Messrs W. Dimock arid Co. publish then- pig-receiving dates for January. The N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., sell 2000 head of mixed stock at. the Kohuratahi yards on Friday, December Bth.
