A court-martial at Lille condemned a trooper, named Benzohoc to death for flinging his cap at the president of the court-martial. The man’s motive was a desire to share the imprisonment of a friend who was sentenced to ten years’ imprisonment for throwing a siioe at a surgeon in the penitentiary.
