A THIRTY MILLION LOAN

It is rumoured that Mr. Winston Churchill is contemplating a loan cf thirty millions, besides the usual Estimates. The “Pall Mall Gazette” states that there is reason to heliovo the loan will he larger, as, besides shiphuilding, it will include a special allotment for Dreadnougirt docks.
