TVTOTICE is hereby given that IN it is proposed:— (1) To reconstruct from time t time all, or any of, the bridges situate in the Strathmore Rid ing of the County of Whangn momona which are under tin control of and vested in the said County as and when the sane require renewal, through accident of flood, fire or other mis chance, or on account of disrepair. (2) To borrow, for the purpose of such renewals, such amounts as from time to time may he required. The moneys to he her rowed under the provisions o r “The Local Bodies Loans Act 1908,” and its amendments, and “The New Zealand State Guar auteed Advances Act, 1909.” (3) To pledge as security for the re payment of such loans and for the payment of interest thereon a Special Annually Recurring Rate over all the rateable pro perty in the Strathmore Riding of the County of Whangamo mona. to lie known as a “bridge rate.” Such rate not to exceed iu any one year the amount of one farthing iu the pound o v the capital value of all the raM able property in the above riding.
