A SEASONABLE OFFERING.
Finding his stock heavier. t-Wiil '1 should be by about £3OOO, Mr A. Snence, Broadway, Strntford, h.ns decided to make a special effort to reduce it to a proper limit. The plan he has adopted is to give a big Christmas cash bonus to every cash buyer at his stor eprior to the New Year. The bonus consists of a discount of nbi less than 10 per cent off every purchase made amounting to lOd and over. Put shortly this means taking 2s off every £, or £lO off every £IOO worth of goods sold. The concessions arc most liberal, and, when it is remembered that the new summer fashions havo only recently arrived, there should be a big run on Spence's store during the next few weeks. All departments are how replete with new goods, including ladies' hats, costumes, lustre coats, dress goods, prir»tp and muslins, calicoes, sheetings, curtains, art muslins, hosiery and gloves, umbrellas and sunshades, kces and embroideries, men's and boys' suits, etc. But it is impossible to mention all the lines in a stock so comnrnhensive. We would just add, visit this store now and buy and you will be pleased and profited.*
