She had aboard the crew of the Norwegian barque Labemba, bound from a foreign port to Adelaide, which foundered at sea 300 miles off the South African coast. There can be no details till the Ketty reaches Newcastle. Hobart, November 28. Parliament agreed to appoint Mr. McAll Agent-General for three years at a salary of £IOOO per annum. Perth, November 28. The Assembly passed a Bill establishing a second State hotel at Dwellingup.
