The Morning Post stated that the negotiations between tne uovernment and tne Nationalists have reached an impasse, Mr Redmond declining to accept any Home Rule Jiiil which deprived Ireland of the right to impose Justoms and excise duties. Mr Devlin is leading an important section that is billing to accept the Government's proposals. THE INSURANCE BILL. London, November 29. In the House of Commons members are being "snowed under" by protests against the Insurance Bill. A clause was passed enabling approved societies to substitute alternative benefits for sickness benefits, subject co the commissioners' approval.
