the truth, and the whole truth * I HAVE YOU SEEN A POSTER : “ 11,000 THROWN OUT OF EMPLOYMENT WHEN PROHIBITION COMES ?” WHAT ARE THE FACTS ? JN 1906 the Trade would have no more employees than it lias to-day. It had tSien 9103 connected in every possible way with the trade. But of these 1. —522 were cordial manufacturers. These are still employed under Prohibition. / 2. —4llß were managers, clerks, and hotel servants. These also are employed under Prohibition. Will we cease to travel under No-License, or cease to eat when we do travel? These servants are not engaged in pumping beer, but in attending to the wants of the travelling public in other ways. 3. The 1489 hotelkeepers, for the same reason, will still prosper, and a large number of relatives with them. 4. The 797 in breweries and 7U3 bar-tenders are the only class likely to lose their occupations, and in this Working Man’s Paradise, the finding of work for that small number will be easy in the boom of prosperity which Prohibition will bring. STRIKE OUT THE TOP LINE IN BOTH PAPERS BOLDLY. v i Vote for No=License. Vote for National Prohibition. STRIKE OUT THE TOP LINE ON BOTH PAPERS !
